I am an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their independence and quality of life. I earned my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, where I developed a strong foundation in patient-centered and evidence-based care. I previously worked in an outpatient clinic for three years, gaining valuable experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions for both adults and pediatrics. Throughout my career, I have continued to expand my skills through specialized training in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), balance rehabilitation, and the Graston Technique.
I especially enjoy working with pediatric and hand therapy patients, where I can combine creativity, patience, and clinical expertise to help individuals reach meaningful milestones. My approach to therapy focuses on meeting each patient where they are and supporting them. Whether helping a child gain confidence in everyday tasks or guiding someone through hand rehabilitation, I find fulfillment in celebrating the small goals that lead to progress.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family. I love being a mom to my daughter and making memories together through everyday moments and new experiences. Family time, laughter, and watching my daughter grow are some of the most meaningful parts of my life.
